DAY 1 - ISLAMABAD
Full day city tour of Islamabad & Rawalpindi.

DAY-2 ISLAMABAD – TAXILA-SWAT
Islamabad- Taxila: 35 kms/45 minutes’ drive
Taxila – Swat: 310 kms/3.5 hours’ drive
After breakfast visit Taxila. Then drive to Swat via motorway and Swat expressway.
KEY ATTRACTIONS
- Taxila Museum-showcasing antiques and artifacts of Gandhara civilization
- Taxila Truck Painting Workshop
- Fizagat
- Shahi Bagh
- Dinner in restaurant at Fizagat along Swat River (recommended)

DAY-3 SWAT – TAKHT-E-BHAI-PESHAWAR
Saidu Sharif-Takht-e-Bhai: 120 kms/2.5 hours’ drive
Takht-e-Bhai – Peshawar: 65 kms/1.5 hours’ drive
Half day tour of Malam Jabba Ski Resort. After lunch drive to Peshawar visiting Takht-e-Bhai on the way (optional).

DAY-4 PESHAWAR
Explore the historic city Peshawar.

DAY-5 PESHAWAR - KEHWRA SALT MINES - LAHORE
Peshawar-Katas Temple: 295 kms &3.5 hours’ drive
Katas Temple-Khewra Salt Mines: 22 kms & 45 minutes’ drive
Khewra Salt Mines-Lahore: 260 Kms & 3.5 hours’ drive
Leave the hotel at 07:00 am in the morning towards Lahore. On the way; visit Katas Raj Temple & Khewra Salt Mines.

- Khewra Salt Mines- the largest in Asia and the second largest salt mine in the world

DAY-6 LAHORE
Full day city tour of Lahore.

DAY-7 LAHORE
Full day city tour of Lahore including flag ceremony at Pakistan-India border.

- Visit Masjid Wazir Khan- Built by Wazir Khan, the viceroy of Punjab during the reign of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan
- Shahi Hammam - a Persian-style bath which was built during the reign of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.

- Please note July & August can be done but as domestic tourism is at its peak the North can get congested. I would recommend after 17th August.
